Looking for the Safest place to keep your boat, then look no further. For sale are slip # 262, which is a 40' slip, and slip # 48, which is also a 40' slip. Slip # 262 is very close to the Pool on the west side of the Marina and has very good protection because of its position in the Marina. It is close to both bathrooms and showers and pool Slip # 48 is on the east side of the marina about mid way down the runway when coming in from the river. This slip is a short walk to a bath house with bathrooms and showers. Each slip is offered @ $ 36,000 and if you are interested in both slips then we can talk. | I have a 1983 vintage Volvo MD7A for sale. I bought seized in the boat. Pulled head and freed up cylinders. Had head and injectors professionally rebuilt and manifolds professionally cleaned. Alternator and starter professionally rebuilt. Not enough compression to run. Engine is complete with wiring harness. Spins freely. $500
Bought replacement engine that came with straight drive transmission. Boat used v-drive so transmission never used. Engages in forward and reverse. $400 4 Trojan T105s bought new Nov 2022. Used for 6 months and replaced with lithiums. Have remote watering kits installed. Never discharged beyond 50% and have never needed water. $250. All offers considered - need the garage space. |

Built from plans drawn by Dave Dillon,Oikey’s classic “sweet”fair lines are especially pleasing to the eye.She is built lapstrake style(11 strakes per side)of Atlantic White Cedar over White Oak frames.She was built in 1995. Her beautiful tanbark colored sails are made of Egyptian Cotton which is wonderfully soft and quiet by contrast to modern resin stabilized sailcloths.
