SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON

Laura says the inspiration for this drawing came from a visiting boat this week that was flying the Welsh flag. It is a flag that looks right in Oriental – it appears to be a dragon:
Discussion at The Bean that morning was noisy. It went something like this:
Coffee Drinker A: "Is that a dragon flag?"
Coffee Drinker B: "I think it is the Welsh flag"
Coffee Drinker A: "I wonder if they have a Welsh Corgi aboard?"
Coffee Drinker B: "Accordion?"
Coffee Drinker A: " No, Corgi. Those short little dogs!"
Oriental resident Don Staub was listening, and piped up "you mean a Welsh Accorgion."
The image stuck in Laura’s mind. In a couple days the drawing emerged:
