Can two local stories combine into one? This may be a positive use for a Walmart at the edge of town. Walmart is known for allowing RV’s to park overnight in their parking lots. Oriental has a problem with some long-term parking in it’s anchorage. What if some visiting boaters instead used a certain parking lot?
