Voters in Pamlico County will be deciding who represents them in the NC House and Senate for the next two years. To help out, TownDock.net, The Pamlico News and Pamlico Community College are holding a Candidates Forum on Thursday October 11 7p at PCC’s Delamar Center.
The Forum takes place a week before early voting begins on October 18. Candidates that have agreed to participate include:
- NC State Senate District 2, Greg Muse (D), Norman Sanderson (R).
- NC State House District 3, Robert Cayton (D), Michael Speciale (R).
- Pamlico County Commissioner District 2, Christine Mele (R), Greg Piner (D).
Your input is requested for the forum – questions for the candidates. Please submit your questions to news@towndock.net. Include your name and where you’re from. While questions can be for a specific candidate, generally questions should be suitable to ask both candidates in a race.
