Early voting is happening now, ahead of the May 8, 2018 Election Day which is mostly primaries. You can register AND vote during early voting, April 19 through May 5th.

If you are Unaffiliated (independent), you have some choices. You may select the ballot you want to use when voting – The Democratic (D,) or Republican ® ballot lets you vote in one party’s primary. If you choose the Unaffiliated (N) ballot you may only vote in the non-partisan races.

All ballots will include the non-partisan election of Pamlico County Board of Education members. The Board of Education election is not a primary. You are electing the members now.

Thursday, April 19 thru Friday, April 20 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday, April 23 thru Friday, April 27 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday, April 30 thru Wednesday, May 2 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday, May 3 thru Friday, May 4 – 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Extended Hours
Saturday, May 5 – 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Election Day is Tuesday, May 8th 6:30 am to 7:30 pm! You may not register to vote on Election Day. See who is on your ballot plus the address of your Election Day polling location:

2. — You only need to enter your first and last names as they appear on your voter registration record. If you have a fairly common name such as Sue Smith, you should also select your county. Check the box “I’m not a robot.” Click “Search.”

3. — Click on your name to see a profile of your registration, including your precinct’s Election Day polling place and the jurisdictions you live in.

4. –On the page with your registration profile, go to the box below the words “Sample Ballot,” and click on the letter/number to the right of the current Election date.
