The ECU Chamber Trio performs on Friday October 19 at 7:30p at Oriental’s Old Theater. In this Pamlico Musical Society concert, the trio will present familiar classics by Beethoven as well as more challenging works by Dvorak and Mendelssohn. The trio is comprised of cellist Emanuel Gruber, formerly of the Israeli Chamber Orchestra, Pianist Keiko Sekino who also performs with the BBC Concert Orchestra, and violinist Hye-Jin Kim who plays internationally, as well.
