Friday Flick: Red River March 17, 2017

Starring John Wayne and Montgomery Clift, Red River is a fictional account of the first cattle drive from Texas to Kansas. Dramatic tension builds from a growing feud over the management of the drive, between the Texas rancher who initiated it (Wayne) and his adopted adult son (Clift). See for yerself, Pilgrim, on March 17, 2017 when Red River is March’s Friday Flick at Oriental’s Old Theater. Tickets are $5.50 and go on sale when the box office opens at 6:30p. Popcorn’s free. Showtime is 7:30p. Film will be preceded by another installment in the Flash Gordon series and a cartoon. All proceeds go to benefit the Old Theater.
