Coming Events in Oriental and in and near Pamlico County
The 3rd Annual Teach’s Cove Kayak Fishing Tournament takes place on Saturday September 8. Fishing starts at 7a and last weigh-in is in the early afternoon. A BBQ lunch will be served circa 1p and even those not taking part in the tournament are welcome to buy a plate for $6. Proceeds from the tourney and the lunch will go toward helping Pamlico County residents recover from Hurricane Irene. For more info and registration form, click here.
