In celebration of the 300th Anniversary of Blackbeard’s escapades – and ultimate demise – off the North Carolina coast, Oriental’s Old Theater presents its production of The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree, on Friday and Saturday, June 8 and 9, 2018 at 7:30p and a matinee on Sunday June 10 at 3p. A special performance date for community club members will be on Thursday, June 7.

This musical comedy set on board a pirated ship in the late 1800’s, is suitable for all ages. Tickets for The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree are $18 general admission and $16 for military and Old Theater members. They are for sale at Nautical Wheelers (Oriental and New Bern) and online at www.oldtheater.org. A group rate is available for club members attending the June 7 performance (email oldtheater@gmail.com for details). Tickets may also be available on performance dates at the Old Theater box office.* The Old Theater is at 609 Broad Street.
