SCOO and NSA present a winter series of seminars to help boaters improve their game. All 8 sessions will be at Town Hall from 9a-noon Saturdays. The 3rd session on Saturday February 24 2018 covers Weather Forecasting with a presentation from Erik Hedon, Warning Coordination Meteorologist from the National Weather Service Forecasting Office in Newport, NC.
