“Shop Local” – is Business Expo & Job Fair Sept 27, 4-7p at Pamlico Community College. Shop Local is a collaborative event between The Pamlico County Chamber of Commerce, Pamlico Community College and Pamlico County Government.

Local businesses display goods & services, there are culinary delights from the restaurant community, and entertainment from area musicians. In addition, PCC College’s Career Center is hosting a Job Fair connecting local employers with job seekers. Last year’s event witnessed some 300 attendees.

Shop Local is free to attend – there is a registration fee for those seeking to showcase their businesses.
