update - We assume we are near peak winds. No precise
measurements available - but it's blowin' so hard we are a tad
uncomfortable. Lunch was delightful - we served pasta Isabel.
We have
talked to many folks via telephone around the county - the word
is that this is worse than Hurricane Dennis. See the photos
below - water is VERY HIGH.

1pm it appears water is above the Treasure Company and
Bean floors. It appears it may be in the ground floor
of the Oriental Marina Motel.
