Wally Umbach, who says she never wins anything, had a change of luck Saturday. She won one of the Baskets of Plenty the Oriental Farmers’ Market was raffling off to celebrate 5 years on Hodges Street. Wally has been a faithful customer since the first market in July 2007. The Basket included a bouquet as well as food and artisans’ work donated by market vendors. Proceeds from the raffle are going to the Oriental History Museum.
