College sailing teams are in town for training throughout the month of March. Here NCSU’s coach leads NCSU and Virginia Tech sailors on practice maneuvers on Smith Creek Monday. (Click pic for more.) VA Tech and NC State are the first of many schools visiting Bow To Stern Boating for a week of training & practice. This month caps off with the 2018 Sailpack Regatta March 30 – April 1… eighteen now twenty college sailing teams will be in town for that event.
