Debby was almost a hurricane a couple days ago, then appearing to head straight north towards Alabama and Georgia. Now weakened to a tropical storm, Debby decided to head east, favoring a tour of central Florida. While Debby will weaken over Florida, she is expected to re-strengthen when she gets over water again. Above left is the official NHC projected track, above right the various computer models. The 5 day forecast peaks at 50mph winds, but Debby now has our attention…
