A dinghy tied up to the remnants of a dock off of the end of South Avenue. That’s the harbor front land and water that Town officials have proposed to swap for less land and less water nearby. That land swap is on hold since a resident filed suit in early August. Among other things, the suit charges that the swap wouldn’t guarantee the public permanent access to the water. The Town has asked for more time to reply.
