What’s left of the dragon’s keel after 8 years in the Duck Pond, as can be seen now in Gary Gresko’s studio where the dragon’s undergoing repairs. Admittedly, the dragon had gone 8 years without a bottom paint job, and the keel was made of steel, so disintegration isn’t that surprising. A new lead keel, housed in copper is planned.
