Just add water. Choppy conditions on the Neuse Friday meant that the 21 teams practicing for Saturday’s races had to improvise. On Friday night, the team from Potash, Corp was one of the teams that went thru a dry run. With the boat’s drummer facing the river, the 20 others paddled thru the sand at Oriental’s Town Beach.
