An American flag flying on Hodges Street. It was one of the many flags the Town of Oriental had put on higher positions on utility poles. But then strong gusts Saturday morning blew some of the flags down. One passerby, Rusty Huffines, came to the rescue for this one, using cable ties in his car to secure the flag to a lower spot on the utility pole.
