The steel schooner, Jeanie B out of Camp Seafarer stopped in at Oriental on Wednesday. The 8 teenaged girls on the crew have been sailing around the Pamlico and Albemarle Sounds in the past week and a half. While the boat was at the Town Dock, Emma Wheeler of Oriental was aloft, applying teak oil to the steps of the ratlines near the second mast. Click here.
