The view from RiverCam of the wind and waves on the Neuse at 7:40a this morning. RiverCam looks out on the Neuse River off Lou Mac Park, and is updated every 10 minutes. Earlier today during Hanna the seas were rough, but by afternoon the waves were smaller and the sun shined.
