Miss Peaches turns a corner. Used decades ago to teach Pamlico County High School students the marine trade, Miss Peaches (a play on PCHS) lived for the past half decade in Ray Everest’s yard on South Water Street. On Monday, the new owner, Brad Flynn, had Triton Yachts moved Miss Peaches to the hard at Whittaker Creek where he plans to make repairs and put her in the water.
