Despite the dropping temps, 15 small boats helped kick off the 2016 Spirit of Christmas at the Friday night Kayak Flotilla. Heather Brewer’s stand-up paddleboard into a conveyance from the Polar Express, the theme of Saturday’s land parade. (Click on image for more photos.)
