The waterfront at the end of South Avenue where the Town planned to put a 100 foot long dock. Tonight, Oriental’s Town Board holds a public hearing on whether to abandon 8,000 square feet of riparian rights, 7,000 square feet of land here and 6,000 at Avenue A in order to get a 4,500 square foot lot with the start of a dock and riparian rights in a land swap with Chris Fulcher. Meeting starts at 7p.
