A visiting boat, “Rotop”, in the waters off of South Avenue where the Town had planned to build a transient boat dock with monies from a town waterfront improvement fund and grants. The Town Board’s current plan is to swap this 80 feet of waterfront for Chris Fulcher’s 55 foot lot nearby because it has a dock on it. But at a Parks & Rec meeting at the site Tuesday morning, Town officials spoke of possibly replacing the dock on the Fulcher site. For a view of that site and meeting, click here.
