At right, the part of Straight Road that has fallen in due to the force of water that ate away the road bed. The area to the right is swampy and in the weekend’s rains, several inches of water covered both lanes of the road. Now, no traffic is passing through between Orchard Creek and Bent Tree Roads. Trent Road is the alternative route.
