Jerry Buckman and his crew on board “Strawberry” make some adjustments to the forestay at Oriental’s Town Dock in advance of today’s Dragon’s Breath Regatta. They are among 33 boats signed up to take part. Race starts at 11. Spits of rain have been coming from the skies this morning, but so far, not enough to stop the Dragon’s Breath.
