hen a pandemic strikes, it’s time to get creative. With that in mind, the New Year’s Eve Dragon will roll through Oriental’s neighborhoods at 8p tonight. It’s expected to take about an hour to visit them all.

Come out to the end of your drive way and say hello to the Dragon and their Crew.
