North Carolina violinist/fiddler Andrew Finn Magill comes to the Old Theater October 20 at 3p, for an afternoon of Brazilian choro music in Canta, Violino! Joining Finn is Brazilian-born Cesar Garabini on 7-string guitar and Clarice Cast, a multi percussionist from Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Andrew Finn Magill is a Fulbright Fellow, a South Arts Emerging Traditional Artist, a North Carolina Arts Council Fellow, and All-Ireland Fiddle finalist. Finn grew up in western NC studying Irish, old-time, and bluegrass playing with dozens of the best fiddlers in the world. Finn currently tours with friends featuring his original acoustic music.
