Pamlico Musical Society presents Black Market Trust @ The Old Theater Thursday, Jan 23.

This Pop/Jazz group from Los Angeles melds two distinctly different vibes – one of a gypsy campfire, the other a slick metropolitan nightclub – into a cohesive, stylish sound. Black Market Trusts’s five world class musicians have traveled the globe recording and performing on the world’s biggest stages.

The evening features vocal and instrumental material from The Great American Songbook infused with Django Reinhardt’s romantic and virtuosic flavor. With intricate vocal harmonies and a dash of Rat Pack-style comedy, The Black Market Trust is one of the premier live acts performing today.
