The Pamlico Chamber of Commerce host its annual Business Expo & Job Fair Tuesday May 21 from 4 – 6:30p.

The event showcases area businesses and non-profits, offering attendees the opportunity to see what’s available in Pamlico County.  The Expo is open to the general public and admittance is free.

Tina Beacham, Interim Executive Director, explained, “We are planning for an eclectic group of exhibitors, so in addition to business services, you’ll be able to learn more about programs offered at the community college, non-profit services, our schools, and community programs as varied as sailing, health, education, and the environment.” Exhibitors will include banks, insurance companies, real estate, builders, and transportation. Beacham added “In addition to our business showcase, if you are seeking employment opportunities, we have several businesses that will be accepting applications and resumes as part of the Job Fair.”
