Free 6 Week Workshop Series (every Wednesday) starting September 18 – October 16 1 – 3:30p. Learn how to break the symptom cycle, communicate better with your health care providers, eat healthy, exercise, set and achieve goals, and so more. This program is evidence-based, proven to improve quality of life for participants, and is taught by instructors trained through the Stanford University CDSME Program.
