Crank Arm & Little City brews @ Village Brewery May 15-19

This week May 15-19, New Village Brewery has several of its own brews on tap: High Water IPA & the Ol’ Store Ale and 2 farmhouse seasonals, Farmhouse Saison & Farmhouse Tripel. Guest brews include Crank Arm Brewing and Little City Brewing Co, both out of Raleigh.

Little City brews:
Roundabout IPA – (simcoe/mosaic) West Coast IPA, 7.6%, Mosaic Reprise Session IPA, 4.7%, Local Icon Pilsner Lager, 5.2%, Dry Irish Stout, 4.6%, Plethora – Black Currant Sour, 5.1%, Fruited Wheat Beer – Passion Fruit/Pink Guava, 4.7%, Koldbrew K├Âlsch, 7% and Skyscraper Azacca IPA, 6.8%.
Crank Arm brews:
Whitewall Wheat, 4.4%, Cocoa Velo Belgian Milk Chocolate Stout, 7.2%, Dope Bike Doppelbock Lager, 8%, Road Hazard Hazy IPA, 6.2% and Paceline Session IPA, 4.3%.

Saturday New Village Brewery hosts Fully Loaded Fritters Food Truck (here is their menu) from noon to 7:30p with a return performance by Canadian solo acoustic artist Melissa Plett (who has cultivated a devoted following in Oriental for her hauntingly soulful, foot-stomping alt-country music) starting at 6p, with an opening performance by Barry Bey and Bob Stratton from 5-6p.

Hours: Wed & Thurs, 3-9p; Fri & Sat, noon-10p; Sun, 2-6p.
