Want to try your hand – and arm – at dragon boat paddling? The Oriental Dragon Boat Club practices semi-weekly – Sundays at 8:30a and Thursdays at 5:30p and you can join in at either one. The Club maintains a regulation 46-foot long dragon boat and provides you basic instruction, safety gear (PFD) and equipment (a paddle). All you have to bring is your own bottle of water. (Sun protection advisable, too.)

New members of all ages and all experience levels welcomed. Just meet up at Clancy’s Marina – on Midyette near Hodges – to get the boat and paddles.
