The Duck Pond Dragon blew out of the pond and on to Hodges Street during Hurricane Florence. It was damaged in the days after the storm. Both the head and tail were broken off.

Thanks to volunteers Art Halpern & Ken Lazer, the Dragon has been repaired and is ready to be relaunched to its Duck Pond floating position. You can join the re-launch celebration, rescheduled to Sunday April 21 11a on Hodges by the Duck Pond. The Bean deck should be a good viewing perch.
