The rubber chicken returns. The 27th Greens Creek Challenge Regatta will be held on Saturday, September 19. will be held on a future Saturday when it isn’t blowing 25 knots.

This late-summer Oriental tradition features boats 20 feet and under racing on Greens Creek. There’s one other challenge… somewhere out there, a rubber chicken waits to be rescued.

Sailors launch from Bow to Stern. Skippers Meeting is 9a. First horn is 11a. Picnic lunch at noon. Second horn at 1p. Awards at 5p. Classes include all boats 20 ft and under. Click here to register.
