Pamlico Amateur Radio Society holds its 2018 Field Day on June 23-24. This year the ham radio operators will set up at the Pamlico County Shrine Club, NC306 S., Grantsboro. The times to visit are Saturday, June 23 2p – 5p and Sunday June 24 8a – noon. This once a year event involves the entire United States and Canada, more than 35,000 radio amateurs operating from remote locations, contacting each other.
