Oriental’s History Museum has been collecting artifacts and telling the town’s story since 2004. On October 14, the Museum celebrates its 13th year.

You can also browse through the Silent Auction offerings, and until 4p, bid on items such as artwork, jewelry, note cards, hand-crafts, and photography by local artists – perfect gifts for upcoming holidays.

A free wine tasting starts at 3p and raffle tickets will be for sale throughout the afternoon for the hand quilted and decorated “Dragon of Oriental” throw. (drawing will take place at December’s Spirit of Christmas.)
