The Planning Board meets Wednesday, Jan 15 @ 3p at Town Hall.

The Board has been meeting to discuss an ordinance regulating residential and commercial solar energy. It will be reviewed at this meeting and sent to the February Town Board Meeting for approval. Though a public hearing has been set for the Town Board meeting, public feedback (questions and concerns) should be given at the Planning Board meeting – both for the Solar Ordinance and for any Special Use Permits (SUPs.)

There is also an SUP for review for the New Village Brewery to demolish, elevate and rebuild the garage on their property.
