The garden that the Pamlico Master Gardeners have been creating at the Town Beach will have a section of plants to attract and feed butterflies. You can do the same in your yard.

Get the info you need at the Master Gardeners presentation, “Help Save the Monarch Butterflies” on June 19 @ 2p at Oriental Town Hall. Learn about the life cycle of the butterflies, the plants they need and how to raise and release them. There is no fee to attend the program.
