Sailing Winter Seminars: March 23 NOAA NWS Weather ForecastingOriental’s sailing clubs (SCOO, NSA & ODC) are working together to present a winter 2019 series of seminars to help boaters improve their game. March 23 the session is OAA NWS Weather Forecasting, lead by Erik Heden of the National Weather Service. Sessions will be at Town Hall from 9a-noon on Saturdays. Sessions are open to all – you don’t have to be a club member.
