Jeff Styron agreed to a plea agreement Thursday, September 3, 2020 before U.S. District Judge James C. Dever III on charges that his company, Garland Fulcher Seafood Company, at his direction, falsely labeled $250,000 of foreign crabmeat as “Product of USA.”
