The regatta is a two day event, with dinner and drinks beginning the night before at the Oriental Marina and Inn, and the Tiki Bar. Racing happens on Saturday and Sunday is the awards ceremony. There is an actual cup; it gets passed from winner to winner each year.

This year, there was also a canvas bag given to the winners:

A canvas tote for the winners – potentially more practical than a cup.
