An unusual sight in the duck pond Wednesday: a partially submerged dragon. What caused it? Too-low water levels? A well-fed and weighty Heron? The real cause emerged – or didn’t – the dragon may have lost its keel. It’s not the first time the dragon has needed repairs. (The dragon is back floating upright – as long as there’s no bird weighing it down).
