Dottie Osmun passed away Monday, she had been in hospice care. Dottie was 80, born in 1941. She and her husband Dick Osmun moved to Oriental decades ago. Dottie was a school teacher, a sailor, former lead singer with Harbor Sounds, and known most recently as the co-founder (and President) of the Ol’ Front Porch Music Festival.
