The vessels crew, Steve and Robin, have agreed to have their craft be part of the New Year’s festivities in Oriental. Beaver Moon Over Oriental | November 14, 2024

November’s full moon is a Beaver Supermoon – it reaches peak illumination on Friday. A “Supermoon” means that it will appear bigger and brighter than most full moons. Why is it called a “Beaver Moon”? Some say because this is the time of year when beavers begin to take shelter in their lodges for the winter.
