The forecast track moves west. IF this were the track, surge would be decreased, but we may see higher winds (depending how far west of us the track was). The latest projected track would make landfall near Wilmington and head inland from there. This projected track will likely be jumping west and east for the next couple days as Hurricane Isaias approaches.
