A Sudan Shriner Cooligan rides in the 2019 CroakerFest parade. There is no Croaker Festival this year, however residents thought there should still be a celebration. It’s called Flounder Fest, and it’s happening July 2-3, 2021. There will be fireworks. And a parade. Information on Flounder Fest, and how you can be a part of it, is below.
