The Oriental Dragon Roll was almost rained out, but at 8:35p, the Dragon began his/her New Year’s Eve mission. With Dragon Master Jim Edwards at the helm of his pickup truck, and the Dragon (and crew) on a trailer, the Roll covered miles of Oriental neighborhoods.
