Tony Pascone leaves Oriental’s harbor in a homemade sailing outrigger trimaran. He is one of 18 adventurers taking part in WaterTribe’s North Carolina Ultra Marathon Challenge. They have 3-4 days to complete the 96 mile route. Tony is aiming to finish by 5p tomorrow night. (click for the big pic and more)
